Practice Schedule

                                PRACTICE TIMES ARE IN THE  NHPC SANCTUARY:

Saturday, June 13th CANCELED - NO PRACTICE TILL SUNDAY

MORNING VOLUNTEERS:
10:00am-Noon    AND    3:00pm – 5:00pm
(there are two possible times June 20)
Sunday, June 21st   MORNING PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS
We will have a final practice
on Sunday, June 21 at 3:00pm-5:00pm in the NHPC Sanctuary

EVENING VOLUNTEERS will have a final practice at the same time
on Sunday, June 21 at 3:00pm -5:00pm
at Beulah Presbyterian Church  (See directions below)

WILDWOOD FOREST VBS SHUTTLE SERVICE:

For Evening VBS volunteers and children.

If you would like to be picked up and dropped off from

New Hanover, there will be some car sharing from NHPC

for the musicians to get to Beulah early,

and the NHPC church van will be running

EACH NIGHT to take children from New Hanover at 6:00pm

to arrive at Beulah by 6:30pm,

(and when VBS is over at Beulah at 8:30pm,

the van can return you to New Hanover at 9:00pm)

The music & skits are each day

in the Sanctuary.

Volunteers, please arrive at 8:15am

Children arrive at 8:45am - we start singing

Opening Session: 9:00am-9:25am

....AND COME BACK TO SING FOR

Closing Session 11:30am-NOON
